Jesus's gift: one more dream

Discover the ultimate gift that offers an eternal home and true assurance. This is the simple, profound truth of salvation, a message of hope and peace for all who seek it. Find your place in God's everlasting embrace.

God's perfect love and plan

The journey to an eternal home begins with understanding God’s boundless love for you. The scriptures teach us that God has a wonderful plan for your life, one filled with hope and a future. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16, KJV) He desires a relationship with each of us, offering a dream of peace and belonging that transcends earthly worries, including the fear of ever being homeless in a spiritual sense.

The problem: our separation from God

Despite God’s perfect love, humanity chose a different path. Sin entered the world, creating a chasm between us and our Creator. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23, KJV) This separation means we cannot earn our way to God through good deeds or effort alone. The consequence of sin is spiritual death, a state of being cut off from God's life-giving presence. This truth, though challenging, is essential to grasping the magnitude of Jesus’s gift.

Jesus: God's Perfect Gift

God, in His infinite love, provided the perfect solution to bridge the gap of sin. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to live a sinless life and bleed and die on a cross, taking the punishment for our sins. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8, KJV) Jesus conquered death, rising again on the third day, offering us eternal life and a restored relationship with God. This is Jesus's gift: "One More Dream" realized – an eternal home through His sacrifice.

How do I receive Jesus Christ? Sample prayer from the heart:

Dear Lord, I come to you a sinner. I know you died on the cross, was buried, and rose again the third day for my sins. Lord, as I confess you as my Saviour, be merciful to me, a sinner, as I reach out to you through faith, and faith only.  Amen

An eternal home: assurance through Christ

To receive this incredible gift and the assurance of salvation, you simply need to admit your sins, confess your sins and believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9, KJV) With Him, you gain an eternal home in heaven, never to worry about being homeless in spirit. As it is written: "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever." (Psalm 23:6, KJV)
